Return and Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations work for orders placed on porshmarks.com.

Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email porshmarks@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted, as the return address may differ from our business address.

Return shipping costs

For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost, or no return is required.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at your choice.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
